Today is my friend, Caroline's 22nd birthday. Everyone should have a Caroline in their life. She is an incredible human being who just has a huge impact on everyone she comes in contact with. I met Caroline when we were sophomores through French class and then through APO. She has served as a role model in APO as a formal and informal leader, a great person of service and as an all-around great friend. She is one of the most caring people I know, devoting herself to others all of the time. I feel like the name Caroline fits her so well because her whole life is about caring for others.
One of my favorite things about Caroline is her laugh. Her laugh is so loud and can be heard in a huge room of laughter, but it's so genuine and true that it makes people laugh even more. It engulfs everyone around you that you can't help but smile or laugh when Caroline is laughing. Her true love for life shows every time.
If you have the chance, you should meet Caroline because she's an incredible person. I am so lucky to have her in my life and am so glad we'll be so close next year. Happy 22nd birthday Caroline!
